Last Saturday night at Stan Bell, we had a puppet workshop. We are writing a Christmassy story with Puppets to perform it. They will be performing at the Winter Festival on 12th of December. I’m in charge of the Grandma puppet. She’s playing Santa’s wife. In the play Santa is asleep in his comfy armchair and has put on a lot of weight from eating Christmas food. An angel appears to him in a dream and tells him “You should get a move on and deliver the presents!” He replies “Am I Bovvered!” just like Lauren Cooper. The he realises that it was his wife telling him to get up , so he does. I’m going there again this Saturday Night to continue with it. I’m looking forward to it.
